During the 1992-2000 period David Sabina (MEUK's founder) had assisted companies in virtually every field of science and technology with the preparation of successful SR&ED claims.
Despite these ongoing successes David recognized common structural weaknesses in claim documentation including the ability to;
• Clearly benchmark existing knowledge
• identify and rank the relative significance of technical uncertainties
• gather willing contributions of "investigators" & thereby
• provide "conciseness and brevity" by correlating activity descriptions to significant technical issues.
MEUK Corporation began operations in January 2000 at which time David and a team of experienced software developers began to develop RDBASE.NET, a web-based system to assist research and accounting personnel to co-ordinate their SR&ED project documentation.
Since our inception, MEUK's mission and primary focus is providing scientific and research personnel with simple tools to manage & capture their research efforts with maximum efficiency.

MEUK's vision is to enable the strategic integration of corporate R&D and tax functions.
Through our Web-based "project management" software (rdbase.net) we provide a portal allowing development teams to manage this process in a fraction of the time previously required!
