Hi, I'm Steven Sawell. Much of my professional career has been involved in research and development, from baseline exploratory research to bench-scale technical feasibility, prototype development and patent acquisition. I have prepared and presented over 55 technical papers and prepared over 35 major reports on a wide variety of topics related to science and technology. My research and technical development experience spans the disciplines of environmental science, chemistry, and engineering technology, all of which I draw on to assist in the preparation of technical documentation for SR&ED Tax Credit applications. I am also a member of the Canadian Science Writers Association and the Canadian Authors Association.

In addition to my role with MEUK Corporation, I am currently working on leading edge pollution control research in conjunction with the University of Waterloo, Environment Canada and industry. I will also be pursuing graduate studies in chemical engineering beginning in 2004.
